EPDM rubber, when installed correctly, should not suffer from things like cracks and splits due to the flexibility of the membrane. What’s more, you’ll find that most of the common flat roof issues are the result of poor workmanship or damage to the roof by other tradesmen. Despite these facts, it’s still a good idea to carry out rubber roof maintenance checks from time to time. Carrying out these easy inspections can save you money in the long run.
